Myths, rumours and misinformation can damage a community. A great deal of incorrect information often can emerge as a consequence of fear and misunderstanding.
A series of resident involvement road-show workshops were held in October 2011 that invited residents to join the Diversity Officer in dispelling some of the myths and determine what’s fact and what’s fiction.
